Yamaha XT 1200 Z - SUPER TÉNÉRÉ (EURO 4) - DP071

Der Ständer kam perfekt gepulvert und das Montagematerial war auch dabei. Wäre da nicht die Sache mit den Distanzbuchsen. Diese wurden mit einer Länge von 26 mm geliefert. In die Aufnahme am Fahrzeug passen diese aber nur mit 10 mm Länge. Ob sie für eine DP04 sein sollen, ich weiß es nicht. Also eine der beiden Buchsen mit der Flex in 2 Teile a 10 mm getrennt, noch etwas gefeilt und alles passt. Sofern das Set auch für weitere Fahrzeuge passen soll, sollten aber 2 Paar unterschiedliche Buchsen beiliegen. Deswegen gibt es nur 3 Sterne, alles weitere war i.O.

Letztlich war das schwierigste an der Montage das Einhängen der Federn. Da hilft Paketschnur mehrfach um einen Schraubendreher gewickelt und man kann sich die Feder-Montagehilfe für 10€ sparen.

H&B Hauptständer für Kawasaki Versys 650, KLE650/22

Kurzfassung: Passt gut, steht sicher, kaum Nacharbeit.

Im Einzelnen: Bei meinem Exemplar waren am Ständer in den Bohrungen für die Buchsen, dort wo er sich frei drehen soll, ein paar winzige Schweißperlen gelandet, die ich aber nicht gleich gesehen hatte. Die Distanzbuchsen ließen sich dadurch auf beiden Seiten von außen nur mit deutlichem Kraftaufwand ein paar Millimeter in die Bohrung eindrücken. Anhand der Spuren auf den Buchsen war die Ursache dann schnell gefunden. Mit einer Rundfeile vorsichtig ein paar Mal über die Schweißperlen drüber und die Distanzbuchsen ließen sich leicht einstecken und drehen.

Die Schrauben alle erst mal nur eingedreht, bis alle drin waren. Anschließend leicht angezogen und dann alle Schrauben nacheinander einzeln wieder raus gedreht, Schraubensicherung aufgetragen und richtig angezogen. Aufpassen, dass dabei die Unterlegscheiben an ihrem Platz bleiben! Zwischendrin kontrolliert, dass sich alles leicht bewegt, was sich bewegen soll.

Wenn man die beiden Federn einzeln einhängt, geht es einfacher. Am besten mit der inneren Feder anfangen, dann verschwindet sie beim Spannen der äußeren Feder nicht in deren Innerem.

Der Hauptständer lässt sich problemlos montieren, während die Maschine auf dem Seitenständer steht.

Beim anschließenden Wechsel von den Winterrädern auf die Sommerräder ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Lastverteilung sehr deutlich auf dem Vorderrad liegt. Selbst ohne Vorderrad muss die Maschine vorne noch abgestützt werden, damit sie nicht nach vorne kippt.

Andererseits wird das Aufbocken natürlich erleichtert, wenn weniger Last auf dem Hinterrad ist.

Die Geometrie ist so ausgelegt worden, dass die Maschine auch stabil auf dem Hauptständer steht und nicht schon durch einen kleinen, versehentlichen Schubs zum Abbocken zu bewegen ist.

Für die Kawasaki Versys 650, KLE650/2022 von mir also eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
