It's no coincidence that the design and somber "look" of the CustomAcces *Batwing* handlebar fairings bring back memories of a hero in a bat costume. The design is fascinating but also very functional and offers a good protection against too much win
All CustomAcces *Batwing* handlebar fairings have the ABE for Germany and are available in two sizes for different vehicles. The windscreens can be slightly "smoke tinted" or clear. You will fly on the Batwing as owner of a Harley-Davidson Sportster (2009 -), a Street 750 (2017 -) or a Honda CMX 500 Rebel!
The CustomAcces *Batwing* is made of shiny black ABS plastic.
- Each fairing is available with either a short or a high window.
- Screen is delivered in a light-tinted version
- A vehicle-specific mounting and attachment kit is included with each fairing.
The handlebar fairings of CustomAcces are delivered with ABE for Germany. Therefore no registration in the vehicle papers is necessary

The German "Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis (ABE)" (general type approval) authorises the use of the relevant accessories on the vehicle models listed in the certificate booklet. The certificate booklet must be carried along when driving and must be presented on request in the event of a traffic control or the main inspection (HU).
Accessories with an ABE do not have to be registered in the vehicle documents. However, if you do not want to carry the certificate with you at all times, you can have it registered (at a charge) by the TÜV, for example.
If the accessories are to be used on a vehicle that is not listed in the ABE, an individual approval is necessary.
The regulations in other countries may differ. Before ordering a product, please make sure that it may be used in road traffic in your region, your country.
