This selection gives you a full range of grinding tools on a 6 mm shaft for your workshop. The set can be used for a wide range of tasks to achieve many different surface finishes.

Important: Do not exceed the maximum speed of the individual products. Not suitable for automotive paint. Felt polishing tools must always be used with a polishing paste

For aggressive grinding:
1 flap sleeve 30 x 20 mm, grit 60, combined with 1 expander for flap sleeve 30 x 20 mm, maximum rpm: 19,100 Flap sleeves are ideal for aggressive grinding, removing welded seams, fast deburring and chamfering of pipes. They continuously release abrasive grit and therefore remain particularly aggressive throughout their entire service life. The flap sleeve is pre-installed on a reusable expander. It is easy to replace by simply pulling it off and pushing on a new one. Important: These tools have a marking on the inside to indicate the running direction. It is essential to comply with this marking.

For grinding:
1 flap wheel 40 x 20 mm, grit 120, optimum rpm: 13,000 / max. rpm: 20,000
The flexible folding flaps remove paint, scratches or defects on a wide variety of materials.
1 combined fleece flap wheel 40 x 20 mm, "medium" grit, optimum rpm: 7,500 / max. rpm: 9,000
A combination of emery on cloth backing and nylon fleece for removing minor scratches or burrs. The result is a lightly brushed surface finish.

For finishing and matting:

Three-dimensional nylon fabric combined with abrasive grit. The open material structure adapts to the contours of the workpiece without damaging the surface. For light finishing without the risk of being too aggressive. Available in three selected finenesses for a variety of matted finishes.

For prepolishing:
1 unitized finishing wheel 40 x 12 mm, "very fine" grit, optimum rpm: 7,500 / max. rpm: 9,000
Very fine grit within a nylon fabric. Quickly gets rid of light scratches without removing any material. Produces a uniform, smooth finish as the pre-polishing stage.

For polishing:
1 felt flap polisher 40 x 20 mm, "soft", optimum rpm: 4,750 / max. rpm: 9,000

Made of high-quality wool felt that is able to take up polishing paste. These products are extremely flexible and will adapt to the contours of the workpiece. With these polishers, you can achieve up to a mirror finish. The special brush shape gives extra flexibility. Ideal for working on irregular shapes, tubes or profiles. Felt polishing tools must always be used with a polishing paste.

Important: Always use the same polishing paste on the same felt polisher. This is the only way to ensure consistent results.
