Whatever result you're aiming for, this set from G-Wendt has everything you could possibly want, from "normal" flap sander to fleece tools and the patented felt polisher (complete with polishing paste). It covers a wide range of applications: texturing, light deburring, derusting, satin finishing, cleaning and mirror polishing. These tools can be used on more or less any metal surface, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium or brass.

Some of our smallest flap wheels, which can be used on a wide range of materials. They're suitable for texturing, light deburring, derusting and cleaning of tiny parts or shapes. Also very practical for recesses and tight spaces.

A combination of emery on cloth backing and nylon fleece for removing minor scratches or burrs. The result is a lightly brushed surface finish.

For finishing and matting:

A three-dimensional nylon fabric combined with abrasive grit, for light finishing and removal of surface oxidation. The open material structure adapts to the contours of the workpiece without damaging the surface.

For polishing:

Made of high-quality wool felt that is able to take up polishing paste. These products are extremely flexible and will adapt to the contours of the workpiece. They can polish the surface to a mirror finish. Important: Felt polishing tools must always be used with a polishing paste.
