Smart LS Jacket
The Smart Jacket LS is a motorcycle jacket that combines the versatility of a lightweight, ventilated garment with the intelligence and maximum protection of the Dainese D-air airbag system. The Dainese D-air system, used in MotoGP and developed over 25 years of research, monitors what is happening around the motorcyclist 1,000 times per second thanks to its 7 sensors. The Smart Jacket LS does not require any connection to the motorcycle, can be used as a normal jacket. Without requiring cables or connections, it independently detects dangerous situations and immediately activates the Shield, a high-tech airbag made of microfilaments that provides maximum protection to the chest and back. The system is activated and protects in the event of a skid, highsider, impact with an obstacle or another vehicle, and rear-end collisions, even when stationary. The Dainese D-air® system of the Smart Jacket LS provides protection without the need to use a rigid back protector.
