The advantage of angle adapters is clear: they do not project as far from the socket as "normal" adapters. So a compact DIN angle adapter like this one from Baas is highly recommended. Specifically for owners of BMW, Ducati and Triumph motorbikes with standard vehicle sockets, and for other motorbikes equipped with the SD14/22 DIN socket.
The splash-proof housing of the Baas DIN angle adapter with seal is opened with a central screw. Inside you will find a screw contact for both poles, which can also be used for soldering. The opening in the cable sleeve is tapered so that it can be cut off to the required cable diameter.
