Louis Customer Service: Moin - der Teufel steckt manchmal im Detail - es geht los mit der falschen Größe der Dichtung, geht dann über in eine unsaubere Arbeitsweise (nicht sorgfältige Reinigung der Anlage und/oder der Dichtflächen, eingebrannte Reste der Altdichtung wurden nicht gründlich entfernt).
Ein falsches Anzugsdrehmoment der Schraubenverbindung ist vielleicht gewählt worden (zu locker oder zu fest gezogen) beide Varianten können zu einem frühzeitigen Ausfall der Dichtung führen.
Ebenso thermische Überlastungen sowie schon bei der Montage beschädigte Dichtungen können schnell ihren Dienst einstellen.
Fehlerquellen gibt es viele.
Ist die Dichtung nur undicht oder ist Sie in seine Einzelteile zerbröselt? - Sie könnten uns Bilder mit entsprechenden Hinweisen an service@louis.de zukommen lassen, ggf. lässt sich das damit beurteilen.
